Vijay is a qualified graduate in Engineering and Post graduate in Insurance & Risk management from reputed Institutes of India, He began his career in Surveying & Loss Adjustment in 2004 with the leading global adjusting organization, Cunningham Lindsey International (now "Proclaim Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd"). He is a fellow member of Insurance Institute of India.

During his adjusting career, he groomed himself as a professional adjuster and gathered considerable experience in various disciplines of Surveying and Loss Adjustment. With over 18 years of adjusting experience, Vijay has remarkably handled more than 3500 claims in various classes specializing in large and complex Fire, Engineering, Marine and Project claims and therefore, has been one of the preferred loss adjusters in northern region of India. He also has wide exposure of handling catastrophe claims during various naturaldisasters reported in past.

Ritesh is a fellow member of Insurance Institute of India and a professional loss adjuster with over 17 years of extensive experience in various disciplines specializing in Miscellaneous, Liability, Marine, Engineering & Project claims. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Engineering from esteemed colleges of India. Ritesh started his Surveying & Loss Adjusting journey with the leading global entity, Cunningham Lindsey International (now "Proclaim Insurance Surveyors & Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd") and served for about 17 years.

During his loss adjusting tenure of over 17 years, Ritesh has notably handled over 3000 claims in various categories which created his image as a respectable adjuster in the northern region of India. He has vast experience in many classes of business with specialization in handling Miscellaneous claims including Banker's claims related to fraudulent transactions & various Liability claims, Marine claims of complex nature, Engineering and Project claims He also gained experience of handling business interruption losses and claims pertaining to various Reinsurers/Global policies during his adjusting career.
